Our Story

The story of Care-Link Nursing & Disability Services began with a passion for ensuring everyone has access to the care they need to live a fulfilling life. Our founder, a registered nurse for over 10 years, was inspired by the impact healthcare professionals left on their patients and the people they interacted with.

Our founder's passion for healthcare started at an early age, driven by her dad's tender support and visits to hospitals. Seeing the caring nurses and support staff, she felt seen and heard. Their impact stayed with her. In high school, she lost her mum to a chronic condition and realised that with regular nurses and support staff who could visit at home, ensure medications were taken, and address concerns, her mum might have lived a longer, more meaningful life.

Care-Link is a response to that experience. It's about ensuring everyone who comes to us receives care that goes beyond the physical. We focus on mental and emotional well-being too, all with the aim of promoting a longer, more fulfilling life. Just like those nurses who inspired her, we want everyone who interacts with Care-Link to feel heard, seen, and truly cared for.
